Monday, February 29, 2016 -- Month #12 - Week #54 - Day #378 - El Dorado, La Entrada, Copan

Last day of February! And this year is a leap year. That happens every 4 years, right? Anyways, good Pday!

We stayed home, washed some clothes, cleaned, and talked a lot! That's the downside of loving your companion...you talk way too much! But we had a good morning. Got ourselves cleaned up and had some fried fish for lunch! I love fried fish. We always eat it whole here, which was interesting to get used to. But I love it and so does Hna Cruz, so that makes 2 of us always on the hunt for fried fish. I will say it is without a doubt easier to eat fillets of fish, or a boneless, skinless chicken breast, but all the bones and spines and veins and whatnot make the adventure all that more interesting.

Then we hurried over to write our families (hi family!) and President Dester and input our dats and everything. Got that taken care of and then bought some food and got everything put away at home and went and visited another less-active lady. She was in the house of her cousin at the time, and her cousin had 3 kids and a month-old puppy that was the furriest little creature I had ever seen! It was a girl puppy with the tail shortened, but she was so fat that she waddled when she pattered around. And when the littlest girl held her, her feet stuck up straight in the air, very funny. Cute little dog, she's really, really, really soft. And her mom is a big dog, so she'll grow up to be all big as well.
