Friday, April 01, 2016 -- Month #13 - Week #59 - Day #410 - El Dorado, La Entrada, Copan

The water came! At 3:30 am. And it took about 4.5 hours to fill the pila, but now we have water! So we are very happy. We can wash clothes and dishes and take showers and everything. We are really, really dependent on water, you know.

And we're now in the month of April. We get General Conference! And next month we get to skype our families again! Whoo!!

This morning we went and helped some ladies make a whole bunch of tortillas, so I got to learn how to do that! Takes a little bit to get the hang of it, but by the end of our hour and a half there I made decently round and even tortillas. I'm still not a fan of flipping them with my fingers, but I can form them.

Then we had lunch and did a whole bunch of visits. We had a member lady come and visit with us with her 3 year old daughter who is very sweet. It's funny because the little girl calls Hna Cruz and I twins because we both carry backpacks and have sandals and wear name tags. So that's enough characteristics to qualify us as twins for her! And she always gives us hugs and kisses. Little kiddos are the best.
Honduras!
